Who is responsible

Davyd Zakharniev, a sole individual in London, United Kingdom, is the controller of your data. Write to hello@caxap.dev about anything on this page.

What I collect

Only what you type into the request form: your name, an email address or Telegram username, and your message with any options you pick. If you write to me directly, I get what you send.

The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other companies' servers. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, keeps short-lived technical logs such as IP addresses to deliver pages and stop abuse; the form uses your IP address only to limit how often it can be sent.

Why

To reply to your request and talk about the work you asked about. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering a message you chose to send, and taking steps at your request before a possible contract. I do not use your details for marketing and do not sell or share them with anyone else.

Who handles it for me

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and runs the form. It emails your request to me and keeps a copy until my own computer collects it. Google LLC (Gmail) stores the email. Telegram shows me a notification with your request.

These companies may process data outside the UK. Cloudflare and Google do so under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long

The copy on Cloudflare is deleted once my computer has collected it, and after 90 days at the latest. I keep the email and notes for up to 12 months after our last message, then delete them. If we start working together, records needed for the contract and taxes are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, to restrict or object to how I use them, or to receive a copy. Write to the address above and I will reply within one month.

If you are not happy with my answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
